HSVP e-auctions: registration, bidding and allotment explained
How to examine an HSVP auction property, submit earnest money, bid carefully and understand the obligations after a successful bid.
HSVP disposes selected residential, commercial and other properties through its official e-auction system. Begin only from the current HSVP auction portal or notice page; avoid payment links forwarded by brokers or social-media accounts.
Open the property schedule and identify the urban estate, sector, plot number, size, reserve price, category and permitted use. Study the demarcation or zoning plan and inspect the physical site before registering.
Each auction notice specifies registration steps, earnest money deposit, bidding dates and payment conditions. These can change between auctions, so the live notice and applicable policy—not a previous bidder’s experience—must control your decision.
A highest bid is not the same as immediate ownership. HSVP must accept the bid and issue the relevant communication. The successful bidder must then comply with the prescribed payment schedule and allotment conditions.
Budget for more than the bid amount: examine applicable taxes, extension or construction obligations, transfer restrictions, possession status, dues and any additional charges stated in the notice or allotment letter.
Save payment receipts, bid confirmations and portal communications. If an EMD refund or allotment issue arises, use the official portal and HSVP contact channels with the auction and property references.
