The latest figures identify Gurugram’s share of the scheme

A report published late on 15 September 2026 says 421 plot holders across 53 Gurugram sectors fall within the current HSVP settlement exercise, with relief of more than ₹494.49 crore identified for those cases. These are Gurugram-specific figures within the wider Haryana scheme announced by the state government.

The statewide scheme covers 4,414 allottees in 103 sectors

The Haryana Government’s official release dated 11 September 2026 states that the current Vivadon Se Samadhan Scheme covers around 4,414 eligible allottees across 103 sectors and offers aggregate relief of more than ₹724 crore. The scheme is intended as a one-time route for settling eligible disputes concerning plot-enhancement charges.

Residential, housing, institutional and industrial allotments may qualify

The official release says the scheme can cover allottees of residential plots, group-housing sites, institutional plots and industrial plots. The Gurugram report also identifies floor-wise registered properties. Inclusion is not automatic: each allottee must check the relief and conditions attached to the exact Plot ID.

The application window runs until 31 December 2026

Eligible allottees can use their Plot ID and password on HSVP’s dedicated settlement portal to see the relief amount calculated for their case. They may also approach the relevant HSVP Estate Office or submit a request through the portal. The stated last date is 31 December 2026.

Outstanding enhancement dues should be checked before a purchase or transfer

A pending enhancement dispute can affect the real acquisition cost of an HSVP property. A buyer considering a resale plot, floor, group-housing interest, institutional site or industrial plot should obtain the latest HSVP account statement, identify whether the allotment is eligible for the scheme, and record who will pay any balance after the rebate.

Defaulting allottees face a stated resumption warning

The Haryana Government release says that a defaulting allottee who does not settle outstanding dues within the scheme period may face action for resumption of the plot under applicable rules and legal provisions. Anyone relying on the settlement should therefore confirm the payable amount, payment deadline and successful account update directly on the HSVP portal rather than acting only on a broker’s calculation.
