Haryana bank-auction properties: reserve prices start at ₹7.03 lakh in the latest verified list
Thirteen residential and commercial properties across Haryana have upcoming BAANKNET auction dates from 22 September to 28 October 2026. The verified shortlist includes houses, plots, shops and a farmhouse with reserve prices from ₹7.03 lakh to ₹1.91 crore.
Thirteen current records cover twelve Haryana districts
Haryana Realty Hub reviewed thirteen recently listed BAANKNET records with auction dates between 22 September and 28 October 2026. The selection covers Jhajjar, Panchkula, Jind, Sonipat, Rohtak, Panipat, Yamunanagar, Hisar, Ambala, Gurugram, Faridabad and Kurukshetra districts. Reserve prices range from ₹7.03 lakh for a 127-square-yard house in Village Majra, Jhajjar, to ₹1,91,25,000 for a residential plot in Hisar. These are starting prices fixed for the auction, not promised sale prices.
Three residential auctions are scheduled for 22 September
State Bank of India has listed a 127-square-yard residential house at Village Majra, Tehsil Beri, Jhajjar, with physical possession and a reserve price of ₹7.03 lakh. SBI has also listed a 102.5-square-yard house at Village Bitna, Pinjore, Panchkula district, at ₹35.70 lakh, and a 572-square-yard house in Rattan Nagar Colony, Julana, Jind, at ₹36.40 lakh. All three records show physical possession, but bidders must still check the live BAANKNET page for any extension, withdrawal or change before transferring earnest money.
Sonipat and Rohtak properties go to auction on 23 September
Bank of Baroda has listed a 67.5-square-foot commercial shop forming part of Property Nos. 570, 571 and 572/4 at Jamalpura, Sonipat, with a reserve price of ₹11 lakh. The same bank has listed a 200-square-yard residential house near Luxmi Girls Hostel in Vishal Nagar, Rohtak, at ₹1,38,73,000. Both catalogue records show physical possession and an auction window on 23 September 2026. The difference in ticket size reflects location, area and property type; it is not a measure of discount.
Panipat and Jind auctions on 25 September start at ₹9 lakh
Canara Bank has listed a 22-square-yard commercial shop in Samalkha, Panipat district, with a ₹9 lakh reserve price. Its second Haryana record is a 346-square-yard farmhouse at Village Mimnabad, Safidon, Jind district, with a ₹26 lakh reserve. Both records show symbolic possession, and the earnest-money deadline is 24 September. A symbolic-possession asset requires particularly careful examination of occupation, access and the legal steps that may remain before vacant physical possession is available.
Later dates include Yamunanagar, Hisar, Ambala, Gurugram, Faridabad and Ladwa
Union Bank of India has listed a 149-square-yard house at Basant Nagar, Jagadhri, Yamunanagar, at ₹62.50 lakh for 29 September. Punjab National Bank has listed a Hisar residential plot at ₹1,91,25,000 for 6 October. Bank of Baroda has listed an 18-square-yard Moti Nagar Motor Market shop in Ambala at ₹13,98,060 for 9 October. Indian Bank has listed a 320-square-yard house at Nahar Pur Rupa, Sector 33, Gurugram, at ₹72 lakh for 12 October. Canara Bank has listed a 124-square-yard house in Shiv Colony, Old Faridabad, at ₹33.26 lakh for 23 October. Indian Bank has listed two adjoining shops measuring 122.44 square yards in Sangam Market, Ladwa, at ₹1.619 crore for 28 October.
Reserve price, market value and total acquisition cost are different figures
A reserve price is the minimum auction benchmark set by the lender. Competition can take the winning bid above that amount. A bidder should add stamp duty, registration charges, applicable taxes, municipal or society dues, repair cost and the cost and time involved in securing possession. Compare the resulting total with recent registered transactions and with physically inspected alternatives; do not describe an auction asset as cheap merely because its reserve price looks low.
Open the exact sale notice before paying EMD
Search the property by its BAANKNET ID, then download the sale notice and read the title description, reserve price, EMD amount, bid increment, inspection arrangement, authorised-officer contact, auction window and post-auction payment schedule. Match the address, plot or khasra details, boundaries, measurement, permitted use and photograph during a site visit. Have an independent property lawyer examine the title chain, encumbrances, litigation, tax dues and possession position. Pay only through the method stated in the bank's current official notice.
