No HSVP property auction is open today: the official pages buyers should watch next
HSVP’s official portal shows no upcoming e-auction on 11 September 2026. Buyers looking for government residential, commercial or institutional plots should monitor the live notice page, while industrial-plot opportunities remain a separate HSIIDC process.
HSVP currently shows no upcoming auction
The HSVP homepage checked on 11 September 2026 displays “No Upcoming Auctions” in its live-auction section. That means buyers should not treat an old brochure, broker message or previously announced date as a currently open HSVP bidding opportunity. The live auction notice page remains the first place to confirm a fresh schedule.
Recent notices are different from a live plot auction
HSVP’s latest property-related notices include land procurement through the e-Bhoomi portal, public notices for institutional and charitable sites, and the flotation of surrendered or cancelled housing-board flats. Each uses its own eligibility and allotment process. A notice appearing on the HSVP homepage does not automatically mean that public bidding for a residential plot has opened.
Industrial plots are handled separately by HSIIDC
HSIIDC maintains a separate industrial-plot auction system. Its 2026 advertisement for plots reserved under the persons-with-disabilities category listed registration from 15 July to 28 August and a tentative auction date of 8 September. As that timetable has passed, buyers should check the current HSIIDC advertisement and e-auction pages for any result, extension or new offering rather than attempting to register from the old notice.
What to record before paying earnest money
When a new auction appears, note the authority, urban estate or industrial estate, sector, plot number, area, permitted use, reserve price, earnest-money deadline and auction date. Download the property schedule and demarcation plan, inspect the site, and read the payment and construction conditions attached to that specific auction.
